Returns may only be accepted if:

The item was damaged during shipping

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
All claims are reviewed at Silvora’s discretion.
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may:

Issue a replacement (if stock is available), or

Provide a refund to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Chargebacks
Any fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and may result in permanent account restrictions.
